Terms of Service

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the reservation and ensure that the particulars contained are correct.

The client shall pay Profound Mind either in full or a non-refundable 30% deposit of the total amount to confirm the booking.

The booking can only be used for the person named in the registration of the reservation and shall not be partially or fully transferred to another person.

The balance monies due shall be paid by the individual customer to Profound Mind, as agreed upon booking.

If payment of the deposit is not received by the due date, Profound Mind reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

If payment of the balance is not received by the due date, Profound Mind reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit.

In the event of a place cancellation by the customer: 30% of the full payment will be held and the remaining amount will be refunded if the cancellation has been made 14 days prior to the start date.

Due to situations beyond our control, Profound Mind reserves the right to change bookings and shall inform the customer as soon as possible. Alternative arrangements will be offered to replace the cancelled courses.

Profound Mind reserves the right to offer discretionary discounts on a case by case basis, and this does not affect the status of any guests who have paid the full price and no discount will then become due to them.

Profound Mind does not provide medical advice and does not substitude any medical or pshyco-social help for persons struggling with mental health, and recommends seeking professional medical assistance if you are experiencing severe mental health distress.
